We’re excited to introduce our new course, "Introduction to Using Excel to Analyse mSupply Reports"!
This course is designed to build practical Excel skills for anyone working with mSupply data. You will learn how to prepare, organise, clean, and analyse exported reports so you can make better decisions using accurate, well-presented information. No previous Excel experience is required.
What you will learn:
✅ Analyse key mSupply reports such as Item Usage, Expiry vs Cover, Stock by Batch, and Transactions.
✅ Navigate Excel confidently and understand how spreadsheets are structured
✅ Use sorting, filtering, and freezing panes to organise large datasets
✅ Format numbers, text, and cells to make reports easier to read
✅ Use formulas to perform basic calculations and build analysis columns
✅ Apply conditional formatting to highlight important stock indicators
✅ Merge data from different reports using VLOOKUP
✅ Prepare spreadsheets for printing or sharing

Course Details
⏳ Duration: 5 hours (including 1 hour Final Assessment).
🎯 Completion Requirements: Pass the required activities and final assessment with at least 80% and complete the course evaluation to earn your certificate.
